Introduction
The mission of the Rutland County Treatment Court is to break the cycle of crime associated with addiction and/or mental health issues by improving the quality of life for program participants’ and the community The program provides intensive treatment and supervision offering linkages to community resources through collaboration of the RCTC Team ( Judge, Defense, Prosecution, Case Management, Clinical staff, and Court Coordinator) using incentives and sanctions to promote behavioral change.
