  VLS Financial Aid
I intend to pay for my laptop purchase via student financial aid funds. I understand that the cost of the computer will be deducted from my student aid refund. Further, I understand that the purchase of this laptop computer, should I withdraw from Vermont Law School for any reason, will NOT be refundable.

  Personal Payment (personal check or money order)
I intend to pay for my laptop purchase via personal funds. I will send a personal check or money order for the total cost, which includes the base price and any optional equipment I've checked above, plus 6% sales tax, made to the order of Vermont Law School. I understand that the purchase of this laptop computer, should I withdraw from Vermont Law School for any reason, will NOT be refundable.
