Sexual Assault Confidential Reporting Form

Dear Students, Faculty, and Staff

VLGS strives to provide a safe and secure environment in which to learn and work. While we live in idyllic surroundings, we should not take safety and security for granted.

It is the responsibility of all members of the VLGS community to take certain preventive steps and to report incidents and/or suspicious activity or persons to the Deans office (Associate Dean of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Lisa Ryan, 831-1079 or Lorraine Atwood, Vice President of Finance and Administration, 831-1204), or the Title IX Coordinator. We encourage you to always be alert to your surroundings, especially at night; avoid unlit areas; walk in groups; know the proper exit routes from the buildings you occupy in case of an emergency evacuation; keep valuables locked in your car or office; and report security or safety problems or concerns promptly to VLS authorities.

For more information, please see the Student Handbook, Staff Handbook, and Faculty Handbook. Thank you for your anticipated cooperation. We believe we are in a safe community and are being proactive to keep it that way.
